Do you accept part payment?
Yes, we do. For most orders, we offer you to pay a deposit of 50% with no extra cost, while the remaining half, is due when you receive your product. This is a great way for you to split the cost and ensure you don’t pay the full amount before you actually get the product. For any doubt, speak to us on live-chat or via email with our customer care team.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we can accept payment by bank transfer, but please note we only accept the payment in Euros.
What type of cards to you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and most other Credit Cards, if you are unsure please feel free to ask on livechat.
Orders & Delivery
Track my order
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive email updates throughout the fulfilment process until you have the product delivered to your door or pick it up.
My order hasn't arrived
If you experience a delay with your delivery, we will contact you in order to locate your order and provide you with the new delivery time.
I've placed an order but heard nothing
Upon placing an order with us you should have received 2 emails from 122 Design. One will be your confirmation email and the other your order invoice.
Ensure to check your spam/junk folders as sometimes they may appear there. Please also make sure to add us to the safe senders list to receive our future updates.
Whether your order is an in-stock purchase or a custom order, our system provides updates on your order as it moves along our production and logistics chain.
If you are not getting any emails from us please don't hesitate to contact us.
It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
Firstly, we'd like to apologise. We work hard with our factories, warehouses and logistic companies to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise.
If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please contact our customer service team via email: email@example.com. However, this is very unlikely, as we always try to get in touch up front.
We use specialist third party companies to deliver your products to you as efficiently as possible. In rare cases, they might experience a few hiccups or communication issues. The problem is most likely due to IT tracking issues, or there is a mix up at their local sorting facility.
Where is my order?
When you placed your order with us, your confirmation email will include an ETA. You will receive a few more updates on the delivery. Most orders are shipped within 3 working days, however, if your purchase is made for order, it might take longer. We will notify you about that on your email.
